Can I upgrade from Core to Premium at anytime?
You can upgrade to Premium at any time by going to the ADP Marketplace and downloading our application connector here . You must be on ADP Workforce Now version 9. If you are not please contact your ADP account representative for options to upgrade. You may contact our team to help you with installation of the ADP connector.
What if I want to add more users later?
You can purchase more users at increments of 10 for small size companies (up to 500 users) and 50 for mid and large size companies (more than 500 users) They will be prorated to expire with your term subscription.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at the end of your subscription term, 60 day written notice is required.
Will we need assistance in onboarding and setup?
Our system is designed to be easy to set up and easy to use. However, we find it beneficial that our first time users take advantage of our “Quick Start” program to help you in the first 30 days of purchase.
How will I pay for my subscription?
We will invoice you for the initial term of the subscription, net 30. You can pay by check or wire. If your organization has different payment preferences please contact your account representative.
